You will join the Corporate Center, the operational hub supporting our business units to thrive, through a culture of collaboration. About your Future Team

You will be part of the Supply Chain team, in the Procurement and Contracting Department. Our focus is on contracting all materials and equipment for GALP's operations, namely at the Sines Refinery and the Matosinhos Logistics Park, in accordance with the specification, in a timely manner and according to the best market conditions.

You will work in a dynamic team with team spirit, interacting on a daily basis with different stakeholders, from our internal customers to our partners.

How will your day-to-day look alike

Procurement activities related to the procurement of stock materials and equipment for our operations:

• Reception of the need;
• Analysis of the acquisition history;
• Definition of bidders list;
• Publication of the market consultation (with the help of Robotic Process Automation (RPA's) and Galp procurement platform);
• Preparation or request of the necessary clarifications;
• Submission of proposals for technical evaluation;
• Commercial analysis of proposals and negotiation, where applicable;
• Completion of the process (RFQ adjudication and requisition filing, among others);
• Monthly follow-up of the evolution of pending cases and new needs.

What makes you unique

• Scope of training (preferred): Engineering, Management or Accounting;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English;
• Fluency with tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, from the user's perspective;
• Fluency with digital procurement tools (electronic platform, PowerBI, among others);
• Good data analysis skills and orientation to the customer and results;
• Good communication skills;
• Good ability to adapt and resolve issues;
• Critical, proactive, collaborative spirit.
