The Role

Your Daily Work Will Include Tasks Like These

  • Review user flagging reports regarding website content
  • Understand and remain up-to-date with client’s policies and guidelines
  • Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner
  • Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
  • Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of the established policies
  • Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community
  • Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing subjects

Ideal Profile

  • You speak and write Arabic at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
  • Experience in customer care is an advantage, but not a must.
  • You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. Ability to deal with highly sensitive content (graphic images, among others).
  • Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
