We are looking to hire a dynamic Business Analyst and PMO Analyst to join our company, in an hydrid work model. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all projects are running smoothly, on budget and on time. You'll also liaise with project team members to gather, analyze and monitor project data, as well as prepare project status reports.
To ensure success as Business Analyst and PMO Analyst, you should be able to identify business needs and meet them through effective project management and analysis. Ultimately, a top-notch Business analyst and PMO analyst should display analytical prowess and the ability to communicate effectively with staff members and management.
Due to the global view that this function allows, you’ll be able to support management with preparation of strategy documentation for the Company as a whole and support management in cross-cutting matters to be dealt with other internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing project management strategies, based on templates and toolsets
- Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion
- Support in analysis of resource utilization
- Gathering and analyzing project data to identify its weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary snags
- Preparing project status reports for management review
- Ensuring all project strategies follow company standards, as well as federal laws and regulations when applicable.
- Analyze expenses to understand variances, trends against the budget and review variances with management
- Work closely with management to support with preparation of the Company strategy documentation
Requirements:
- Some experience as a Business analyst, PMO analyst or a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management strategies, processes and tools,
- Proficient in Primavera software, Project Management module, including: project setup and configuration; planner (schedule, resources, activities, etc.), monitoring and control.
- Ability to analyze a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings
- Able to flexibly react to changing priorities, demands and timelines
- Able to take initiative and responsibility, work under pressure, be persistent in goal-achievement and meet deadlines
- Good judgment how to keep things practical and simple
- Committed to deliver high quality and go the extra mile
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Solid communication, interpersonal skills and possess empathy
- Diplomacy, discretion and assertively
- Good organizational skills
- High standard of professional English language (spoken and written)
Minimum Level Of Education, Certification & Licenses Required
- Degree in project management or a similar field and degree in Business or Finance is preferred or equivalent work experience required.
