WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re currently looking for passionate, dynamic, and innovative people to reinforce our Talent Acquisition team, to help us engage, attract, and select the best talent in the market.

Working closely with our management team, you’ll be responsible for handling full cycle recruitment processes.

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, and KPMG’s first point of contact, you’ll be encouraged to share your ideas and contribute with your insights to improve our recruitment strategies and processes and ensure the best candidate experience throughout.

To join our People, Performance & Culture team you must have:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar;
  • Interest in the area of Recruitment and Selection;
  • Ability to lead recruitment processes, end-to-end;
  • Problem solving and pipeline planning ability;
  • English Fluency.
  • Finalizing university or up to 1 year experience
