Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in our system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Native proficiency in French.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with computer systems and customer management software.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Rotational shifts of 8 hours per day)
- Days Off: Fixed Sunday + 1 rotational day off during the week.
