Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in our system.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in French.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and customer management software.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Rotational shifts of 8 hours per day)
  • Days Off: Fixed Sunday + 1 rotational day off during the week.
