Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish.

Requirements:
- Native Danish speaker with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
