The Global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences for Advertisers to enable TikTok in its mission to inspire joy and creativity. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok Advertisers and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats. They will do so by creating ad policies, managing content review processes, and more.

This position will be responsible for meeting the Risk and Moderation demands. This means, as Global Operations Specialist, you will review & moderate advertisements entering the TikTok platform. By doing so, this will mitigate any risk to our community by supporting advertisers proactively, and effectively addressing violations of MI Policies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as auditor for the quality of the team's and individuals' output, and execute both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data and trends to proactively deliver insights, action plans to address gaps, and drive quality improvements;
  • Work closely with other departments to respond promptly to relevant quality related needs;
  • Participate in quality calibrations with the teams to continuously drive policy understanding and quality results;
  • Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the processes, systems and tools;
  • Prepare and conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, including but not limited to new-hire onboarding, refresher training, new product and policy training, that are aligned with organizational goals and objectives;
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing training materials and identify areas for improvement or updates to ensure relevancy and effectiveness;
  • Provide support for adhoc projects to drive quality governance and improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Fluent in written and spoken required language plus business level English
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in quality management is desirable
  • Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions;
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details.
  • Quality audit and quality management related experiences;
  • Ability to work alternating work rotations and shifts (including public holidays and weekends)

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume and culturally diverse environment
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
