Product Manager - Data & AI (Lisbon Based)

We are looking for a motivated Product Manager (German & Portuguese speaking) to drive and lead innovative solutions in the areas of Data, BI & AI in Lisbon.

In this role, you will be responsible for deriving, designing, and implementing data-driven solutions across industries such as logistics, aviation, automotive, pharma, energy, and more. Acting as a central interface, you will bridge technological innovation with measurable value creation.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SDAX, MDAX, and DAX clients to develop cutting-edge data platforms and associated BI, AI, and GenAI products, focusing on measurable value and scalable solutions.
• Take ownership of the entire product discovery process by developing a clear product vision, formulating hypotheses, and defining concrete product goals.
• Transform vague client requirements into precise specifications, refining these collaboratively with your team and clients. Develop a strategic product roadmap to guide the product backlog.
• Lead an interdisciplinary team of Cloud Architects, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and other specialists, playing a pivotal role in the team's success through your strong sense of responsibility.
• Proactively manage assumptions, dependencies, and risks, plan deliverables, and orchestrate collaboration across various teams and disciplines to ensure seamless workflows.
• Focus on market-ready solutions, ensuring smooth integration into operational environments and empowering all relevant teams and stakeholders to successfully evolve and scale the platform and its products.

Your Profile

• Your Background: Several years of experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable role, with expertise across the entire development lifecycle of data-related products.
• Your Skills: Strong knowledge of data concepts, analytics, engineering, and data visualization, with experience in databases, ETL processes, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and visualization tools (Power BI).
• Your Work Style: Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams with experienced colleagues from business and technology backgrounds.
• Your Passion: Data-driven decision-making to create a meaningful impact on organizations. You value a deep understanding of your product and building strong client relationships.
• Your Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1), Portuguese (C1) and English (C1), written and spoken.
