YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations, creating an efficient and welcoming environment
• You manage office supplies, infrastructure, and maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruptions
• You collaborate with HR to maintain and refine office policies aligned with company objectives
• You serve as the go-to person for Office devices, HR Admin topicsand vendor relations, ensuring seamless coordination
• You plan and execute memorable corporate events, celebrations, and initiatives that boost team spirit

Your Skills Matter

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment, hands-on mentality
• Strong attention to detail, paired with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English
• A creative mindset with a knack for suggesting process improvements
• Ability to uphold compliance with HR policies and maintain accurate employee records
