Company Description

Big Pond Podcasts is a modern podcast agency that focuses on podcast talent management and studio services. It is the fastest growing Podcast Talent Management and Studio in the world, dedicated to cutting through the noise and delivering high-quality podcasting experiences.

Compensation: .05% - .15% equity (This is an unpaid internship, you only get paid in Equity)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our podcasting talent and increase their visibility
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target audiences, trends, and opportunities for podcast growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and website
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics
  • Engage with podcasting communities and platforms to build relationships, promote our talent, and explore collaboration opportunities
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating podcast events, such as live recordings, guest appearances, and industry conferences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest podcasting trends, industry news, and marketing strategies

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or recent graduate)
  • Passionate about podcasting, with knowledge of the podcasting landscape and popular shows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in social media platforms and content creation
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and contribute to marketing campaigns
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in the podcasting industry
