Shooju is looking for a Software Sales Specialist

This role requires significant experience in enterprise Sales & Digital Sales Operations.

Tasks

Day to Day:

  • Work with the Enterprise Sales team to identify potential business opportunities
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
  • Develop and execute inbound and outbound campaigns/strategies via phone, email, and other mediums like LinkedIn
  • Achieve monthly quotas
  • Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong pipeline
  • Manage all inbound leads in assigned territory consistently, and convert them into qualified opportunities
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in all customer accounts
  • Coordinate our engagement with the customer, including support, service, and management
  • Meet or exceed sales quota consistently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hunter mentality who is eager to produce high potential opportunities and have a positive attitude while doing so
  • Bachelors level degree education, preferably in a technology field or relevant experience
  • Experience in software or technology sales, especially in SaaS/PaaS/IaaS market, data analysis/provision market, and energy/commodities market
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Detail orientated with strong follow-up skills
  • Strong negotiating skills with ability to close sales
  • Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be productive in a globally distributed team through self-discipline and self-motivation
  • Will have a mature and sensible approach to long-term relationship development with customers
  • Must be a self starter with very high energy and passion
  • The ability to represent the company at external events
  • Startup experience would be an advantage
