Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Growth Marketing Manager at Transformify (TFY). The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, managing projects, utilizing web analytics, and implementing marketing automation strategies to drive growth.

As a Growth Marketing Expert, you will play a pivotal role in reaching and engaging B2B audiences, including HR Directors, operations managers, and finance managers. Your main focus will be on understanding their pain points and decision-making processes to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Bing, and YouTube Managing email outreach campaigns for maximum impact
  • Utilizing ad networks such as Infolinks and Media.net for targeted advertising
  • Conducting journalist outreach via HARO and Journolink to secure valuable backlinks
  • Generating insightful Google Analytics reports
  • Developing reporting dashboards and presenting weekly/monthly reports to the team
  • Identifying optimization opportunities for campaign delivery
  • Implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Paid Search and Video advertising
  • Strong data-driven approach with a focus on user engagement across the funnel
  • Familiarity with B2B audience pain points and decision-making processes
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Experience with automation tools for campaign management

  • Required Skills:

    • Certification in Bing, Google Ads or similar platforms
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices for content optimization
    • Excellent communication skills for journalist outreach
    • Creative problem-solving abilities
