Your Mission Will Be

• Planning, organizing and managing cybersecurity projects, helping to define scope, planning (deadlines), necessary resources and risks;
• Addressing/monitoring risk mitigation activities identified within the scope of cybersecurity activities with other areas;
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication between members;
• Monitoring project progress, identifying deviations and proposing solutions;
• Reporting project status to stakeholders;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in cybersecurity processes and procedures.

You Will Need

• Higher Education in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience;
• 3+ years' experience in complex project management, preferably in the cybersecurity area;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM, AGILE, etc.);
• Knowledge of managing and operating project management tools (e.g. JIRA);
• Leadership and team management skills;
• Planning and organizational skills;
• Ability to identify and manage risks;
• Communication and interpersonal skills;
• CPLP nationality or EU work permit required;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Knowledge of information security, cybersecurity norms and standards (ISO, NIST, etc.);
• Knowledge of security technologies (firewalls, cryptography, IDS/IPS, etc.);
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance;
• Experience in the telecommunications sector.
