Application Production Support

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage incidents according to Service Delivery GITSDE / ITIL Standard;
• Monitor environments and KPIs, suggest changes, improvements so as to continuously improve global level of service and validate changes onto production;
• Identify recurring Issues and service Request and define action plans to reduce them.

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Application Production Support;
• Knowledge in Ansible, Linux, Jenkins, Cloud, Kubernetes, and monitoring/ Dynatrace.
• Proficiency in at least 1 database (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server);
• Previous contact with ITIL processes is appreciated;
• Organizational and communication skills;
• Proactivity and dynamism;
• Good English level (mandatory).
