IT User Support - French Speaker

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in user support area;
• Knowledge of techniques for handling complaints, questions and issues with clients;
• Skills in client relationship techniques;
• Experience in management applications and decision support tool;
• Organizational and communication skills;
• Proactivity and dynamism;
• Good French level (mandatory).
