Your mission:

• Crafting and developing groundbreaking solutions for clients in the context of energy transition, especially solar.
• Financial modeling and customization of proposals for clients.
• Efficient project management for the implementation of solar solutions for major accounts.
• Active involvement in product management, including profitability analysis.
• Preparation of internal documents supporting decision-making processes.
• Regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Master's degree in Economics, Management, and Engineering; other degrees accepted if complemented by relevant experience.
• Up to 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in working with multi-project and multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous professional background in consulting, engineering, financial, strategic, or project management roles is highly valued.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish proficiency is considered a plus.
• MS Office proficiency.
