The SMB Marketing Support Specialist (Sales & Marketing) for France to support the program initiatives to support partner / customer engagement, increase adoption, support RFP, develop and implement marketing campaigns, collaborate across our clients departments to achieve our goals
You will provide Sales & Marketing support to our clients customers in France, in collaboration with partners, across all client product categories
You will
Collect campaign requirements, defining the type of content to create, preparing webinars.
Organize meetings with internal partners and stakeholders to advance campaigns and create different content (webinars, case studies, wins, flyers, A4, emailings, Roadshows, etc.)
Ensure deadlines are met.
Organize webinars, tracking registrations, and sending reminders before the event.
Organize and monitor different training plans (partner, internal, finding the right resources)
Contact participants after events to convert leads and direct them to the appropriate client account managers and partners.
Update the dedicated website to facilitate quote creation, partner engagement and visibility on client solutions
Potentially seeking additional budget from BU/CDA/JO/marketing managers in addition to "partner" budgets.
Support sales teams and partners on tenders, and help on the day-to-day questions related to client solutions
You have
Fluent French
Professional English (C2 level)
At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations
Experience in IT Companies.
Digital marketing skills, including Google Sites knowledge is a plus
Relevant experience in similar roles or project management or marketing skill.
Interest in IT Business, previous assignment in a high-tech environment.
Team-oriented
Knowledge of Cisco products and services preferable
Ability to propose innovative solutions.
Data management and accuracy
Commercially savvy and with experience in Channel Organization (BTB)
Capability to logically resolve problems to produce measurable results.
