What You Will Be Doing

  • Identifies Opportunities: Identifies opportunities to strengthen product offering and develops customer-centric proposals on how to tackle these.
  • Defines Business Requirements: Works with cross-functional teams to define business requirements of the product development and obtain necessary cross-functional prioritization.
  • Leads Cross-Functional Implementation: Acts as project lead to implement the product development; ensuring that robust solution is built and successfully brought to market.
  • Monitors Value Delivery: Monitors success of implementation against agreed KPIs and target outcomes. When necessary, takes action to course correct and ensure value delivery.

  • Empathy & User-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of and empathy for user needs, and how to translate this into actionable product improvements.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills: Ability to lead a diverse cross-functional team from assessment to implementation
  • Value-Driven Mindset: Identifies how projects will deliver business value, quantifies this and monitors achievement of this.
  • Strong Collaboration: Can work with many different stakeholders across the business to collaboratively identify optimal solutions and deliver results.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey both concepts and progress on delivering on these.
