We are looking for an Amazing: Project manager with scrum perspective

Seniority: Senior (5+ years)

Type of position: Must be in Oporto. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

  • Strong understanding of delivery planning and team capacity management.
  • Experience in managing large teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in running Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Ability to resolve impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Skilled in identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks.
  • Experience in maintaining documentation for audit purposes.
  • FLUENT IN ENGLISH WITH EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • Adept at communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Confluence, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of manual or automated testing workflows is a plus.
  • SCRUM certifications are a big PLUS.
