What you will do:
- Write, test, and document product features according to Critical Manufacturing’s user documentation best practices and guidelines, in order to translate complex information into clear and effective content
- Responsible for creating technical documentation for assigned product areas
- Work alongside internal product and technical teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and ensure the accuracy of the documentation
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring the documentation meets the needs of the user and is highly available to them
- Create e-learning content for our Training and Certification Program
- Manage updates and revisions of the documentation
- Contribute to establishing best practices and standards for technical documentation within the organization
What you must have:
- Ability to translate complex engineering procedures into simple and clear instructions
- Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Familiarity with tools for writing and publishing technical documentation (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, Docusaurus, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills
What we consider a plus (not mandatory):
- Experience in dealing with software development teams
- Background in software development, programming, or working closely with developers
- Technical expertise in navigating large codebases
- Understanding of version control systems like Git
- Knowledge of localization and translation best practices
