The role:
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who believes in helping customers achieve their goals! This person must be capable of thinking strategically with a problem-solving mindset to design intuitive interfaces and resolve issues of our leading Manufacturing Execution System (MES) application and other associated products.
This position is part of the Product Development team, collaborating in the design of User Interfaces and UX Research for our product and following up their development.
What you will do:
- Create user interfaces and handle complex use cases for new features and enhancements based on concepts, designs, and specifications within cross-functional teams
- Work closely with the UX/UI Designers, Developers, Product Owner and Project Managers to collect information and provide feedback to inform and defend design solutions
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather information for validating design decisions
- Document product guidelines and best practices (focusing on atomic design principles and showing the agility to organize and maintain a Design System)
What you must have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional UI/UX role
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail – thorough in work carried out
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management, organization and prioritization
- Teamwork – working together to meet deadlines
- Initiative – seeking continuous improvement
- Excellent English skills – spoken and written
What we consider a plus (not mandatory):
- Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
- Design Systems (focusing on atomic design principles)
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
- Knowledge in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
