Job Description: We are looking for you to ensure the implementation and configuration of the ITSM platform, including updates, patches, and system stability. Optimize platform performance and scalability, while resolving complex issues and providing third-level support. Collaborate with vendors to solve technical issues and develop integrations between the ITSM platform and other systems using APIs and web services.

Must-Have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong and practical knowledge in the field
  • Proven experience with SQL Language, including query writing, data manipulation, and database optimization
  • ITIL Foundation Certification, showcasing knowledge of best practices in IT service management
  • Excellent knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) platforms, with the ability to configure, manage, and optimize IT service management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Systems Engineering, IT Management, or equivalent

Would be great if you have:

  • ISSO 20000 Certificate
  • Database Certificate (SQL Server, My SQL and/or Oracle)
  • Fluency in English
