Schedule: 40 hours per week in rotating shifts

➡ NIGHT SHIFT: Monday to Sunday: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM (8-hour rotating shifts + 1h for lunch break) with additional night shift pay

About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the Meta Customer Delight team. Your mission will be to support Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), helping them grow through multiple channels (chat, email and phone).

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to digital advertising clients;
• Help SMEs optimize the use of online advertising tools;
• Ensure a positive and effective customer experience;
• Manage sensitive situations and provide efficient solutions.

Salary + Benefits:

Requirements:

✔ Advanced English (at least level C1)

✔ Documentation to work in Portugal (please, provide this information in your CV or in the body of your email): work visa, resident card, and a NIF number.

✔ Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1 minimum)

✔ Soft-skills: empathic and helpful, team player, able to handle sensitive information, fast learner capacity
