Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to help us lead the establishment and operation of all Bolt Food stores in Portugal.

About The Role

As an Operations Coordinator for Bolt Market, you will be the point of contact for the Marketing, Customer Support, Courier Operations, Legal, and Procurement teams for store-related questions. You'll report to our Operations Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Direct point of contact with the Supply Chain and Category teams, for store-related questions that need a quick response, and vice-versa.
• Training, and overseeing the store’s staff.
• Ensuring Operations Continuity.
• Owning one or two stores.
• Inventorying, picking and packing, accepting orders and other store-related functions.
• Responsible for SOP compliance, implementation, and auditing, namely in the Food Safety, Health and Safety, HACCP, NPS Score, Quality, Time, Ordering, and Supplier Engagement and communication.

About you:

• You are available to work in different stores, according to the business needs.
• You have the flexibility to work on different schedules and weekends.
• You have previous experience in operations management, supply chain/warehouse management, business development, retail, or related industry.
• You are an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.
• You are organized, deliver things on time & handle stress well.
• You have excellent communication & written skills in English, and Portuguese.
