As a HR Generalist trainee, you will support the HR department in various administrative and People & Culture related tasks. You will report to head of department and will get a hands-on experience in all HR operations and get insights into payroll, recruiting, employee development & engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Updating Employee Records: Maintain and update internal databases with new employee information, such as contact details and employment forms.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Posting Job Ads: Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms and remove them once vacancies are filled.
    • Screening Resumes: Review resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for job vacancies.
    • Scheduling Interviews: Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Learning and Development
    • Mandatory training Plan: Help to coordinate all activities to guarantee the accomplishment of the mandatory training plan
    • Development Training: Assist the definition and the implementation of the Learning and Development activities, including training evaluation
    • Assist all other L&D policies: Koerber employee Dialogue, Global Succession and Potential Program.
  • Payroll: Support the gathering payroll data, including working hours, leaves, and bank account details.
  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in coordinating new hire orientations and preparing offer and rejection letters.
  • Supporting HR Policies: Help in the deployment of company policies and addressing employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Event Planning: Participate in organizing company events and employee development activities.
