We are looking for a mid-level Recruiter who wants to helps to grow our RPO / Embedded area - the first challenge is with one of our current costumers during one year.

How can you collaborate with us?

As a Recruiter you'll be in a RPO mode in one of our current clients. This will need a 2 to 3 times a week in an office in Lisbon. You will be responsible for hiring different kinds of roles (tech, finance, technical roles etc), helping the company to define and implement a hiring strategy and working on their employer branding (job fairs for example). You will be supported by Hiire to that mission.

If you are a Recruiter, we expect you to:

  • Have a proven track record of success in recruitment (3 years at least);
  • Be a sourcing magician who can unearth hidden talent pools;
  • Have good negotiation skills to secure top candidates;
