Let’s start with the role

The Regional Sales Manager reports to the Head of Sales and is responsible for overseeing both internal and outsourced Sales Operations. This role is crucial in ensuring operational excellence by applying a strong operational strategy, driving efficiency through initiatives and delivering scalable results.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the overall resource and headcount allocation on a functional level;
  • Monitor budget and costs;
  • Design a clear project roadmap with deliverables and Sales KPIs, approve SLA commitment per market to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of Sales operations;
  • Manage contracts and deliverables of BPO providers;
  • Accountable for operational glide paths and action plans focused on enhancing customer and Sales Representatives experience;
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within the operation and collaboratively with other areas;
  • Assist in defining success criteria (goals & KPIs) on a functional level and monitor functional performance against targets & strategy;
  • Innovate services by analyzing competitors and staying updated on industry trends;
  • Ensure correct Sales data flow and reporting across internal stakeholders, also is responsible for designing a system where feedback and design systems for distributing feedback and critical user information to relevant teams (VOC);
  • Connect all operational leads and ensure alignment in SOPs and smooth cooperation between different teams and functions;
  • Foster effective interactions and alignment with various stakeholders at all levels, maintaining a long-term strategic perspective;
  • Build high-performing Sales teams by setting SMART objectives for direct reports;
  • Inspire others and nurtures commitment to Kaizen’s vision, values, purpose and direction.

What you'll bring

  • At least 6 years experience in Sales Management and/or Sales Operations. Experience with Project management frameworks like Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools such as: DMAIC; Histogram; Ishikawa; Pareto chart; among others;
  • Solid experience in managing, motivating and developing high performing Sales Teams, Sales Managers and large scale, diverse teams;
  • Superb organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven track record of analytical skills combined with effective decision-making capability;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Passionate about Sales, with a data-driven approach and the ability to succeed in a dynamic environment;
  • Available to travel as the role requires occasional face-to-face meetings with colleagues or to visit partners and/or 3rd parties.
