Senior IT Business Analyst (m/f)

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join the IT team of our client – a company specialized in the Telecom sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

• Analyze business demand, understanding the business drives and translate them into user stories;
• Identify risks and priorities, being able to prioritize and maintain the product backlog considering all needs and the IT development capacity;
• Ensure that developers understand the requirements and the value to be delivered, as well as actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Create and maintain the annual and long-range investment plans of the product portfolio.

What will be required from you?

• Degree in Engineering or other similar area;
• At least 07 years of experience in a similar role;
• Previous experience in developing data models across SaaS applications and low-code platforms;
• Good understanding of business drivers and customer focus;
• Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships and strong stakeholders management skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Fluency in English both written and spoken;
