The Talent Acquisition Partner will identify, engage and onboard a pipeline of candidates to fulfill the recruitment needs of the Richemont Technology Competency Center (TCC) in Lisbon;

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Head of HR of TCC, as well as with the TCC managers. The core of this function is to ensure local success in terms of identifying, sourcing, pre-assessing, hiring and providing the best candidate experience along the recruitment cycle.

You Main Responsabilities Will Be

  • Responsible for managing sourcing channels, encouraging a collaborative recruitment approach with all the stakeholders, and upkeeping quality of advertising opportunities via social media, while staying in line with the global TA vision.
  • As a true agent of change, you are the first to act in terms of implementing more diversity into the Richemont TCC. Ensure you present the best talents, integrate diversity & inclusion in our recruitment processes, and actively search for ways to increase diversity of talent we hire.
  • As an internal sourcing expert, you are in charge of pro-active searching in our database and via external channels for best talents of diverse backgrounds that will enrich our organization.
  • Ensure quality candidates by contributing towards the recruitment process by
  • Identifying, interviewing, and evaluating candidates from an HR perspective.
  • Implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Maintaining relationships with candidates and alignment with TCC internal teams.
  • Feed the SAP System with complete and updated information.
  • Ensuring the full recruitment cycle next to candidates.
  • Managing the Talent Branding initiatives.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

You will be successfull on our journey if you are curious (Leads the investigation to find the right profiles. Is good at learning about industries, market, technology…), organized, sales and results oriented, innovative.

On top of that you are a data driven person and can ensure profiles in recruitment SAP system are updated and precise.

If you have consistent experience in IT recruitment, as part of your current or past role, great communication skills, an ability to understand people, along with an investigative mindset, then this assignment is for you.

As part of the assignment, you will need to master the Boolean candidate Research on our recruiting platform and to navigate and Master the various online and offline sourcing channels

You speak fluently in Portuguese, English and French is a plus.
